Based upon a jury verdict, Esco Supply Company (Esco) recovered judgment against Cupples Coiled Pipe, Inc. (CCP) and Cupples Company, Manufacturers (CCM) for damages resulting from the manufacture and sale of defective pipe. Recovery was denied to Esco for attorney fees and litigation expense incurred in litigating claims of third parties. All parties have perfected an appeal from that part of the judgment which was adverse to them. We affirm.
